What we collect
Sellers provide business listing facts, an email address, and optional location and asking-price information. Buyers provide a name, email address, acquisition timing, financing interest, and a private message. We also collect limited technical information such as a one-way hash derived from an IP address for abuse prevention.
What is public
Published business names, industries, revenue ranges, optional asking prices and locations, and PolyExit-prepared listing content are public. Seller email addresses, buyer contact details, private messages, seller workspace links, and verification materials are not public.
How we use information
We use information to publish and operate listings, connect interested buyers and sellers, prevent abuse, improve matching, guide verification and transaction steps, and provide requested services. We do not sell contact information or use seller and buyer messages to train public AI models.
AI processing
Seller-provided business facts may be sent to an AI inference provider to prepare listing language and directional guidance. Email addresses are excluded from that enrichment prompt. AI outputs can be incomplete and are labeled separately from seller facts.
Storage and service providers
PolyExit uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application, store data, prevent abuse, and run AI inference. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We retain marketplace records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
Sellers can pause or mark a listing sold from the private workspace. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email privacy@polyexit.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, private server-side credentials, high-entropy workspace links, request validation, and abuse controls. No system is risk-free. Keep seller workspace links private and contact us if you believe one has been exposed.
