Using PolyExit
PolyExit provides software that helps business owners publish opportunities and helps potential buyers begin private conversations. You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate, lawful information.
Seller responsibilities
By publishing a listing, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the business, the seller-provided facts are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and the listing does not violate another person’s rights or confidentiality obligations. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it in a transaction.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyer inquiries must be genuine, lawful, and respectful. You may not scrape listings, misuse contact information, interfere with the service, or use PolyExit to send deceptive, discriminatory, or unsolicited messages.
AI and valuation guidance
AI-generated content and valuation ranges are directional tools, not verified statements, appraisals, offers, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. They can be wrong or incomplete. Buyers and sellers should conduct independent diligence and use qualified professionals for consequential decisions.
Transactions and third-party services
PolyExit is not a party to agreements between buyers and sellers unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Financing, escrow, diligence, legal, and brokerage services may be offered later by independent providers under separate terms and fees.
Free and paid services
Basic listings are currently free. Optional premium or transaction services may carry fees disclosed before purchase. We will not charge a fee merely because a basic listing is published.
Content and access
You keep ownership of information you provide and grant PolyExit the rights needed to host, display, process, and improve the service. Private seller workspace links act as access credentials; keep them confidential. We may pause or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or harmful to the exchange.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PolyExit does not guarantee a buyer, sale price, financing outcome, transaction closing, or uninterrupted operation, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace decisions.
